These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 499be ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who registers for, accesses, or uses the services available at https://499be.pro and any associated mobile-optimised pages, subdomains, or applications operated by 499be.

3.1 Account Credentials

3.2 Account Activity

All activity conducted through your 499be account — including bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and bonus claims submitted — is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised the activity. 3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposit amounts may trigger enhanced due diligence review. Deposits are credited to your 499be wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. 499be does not charge any processing fee on standard deposits.

4.3 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, as a fraud prevention measure. 4.4 Failed & Returned Transactions

In the event that a deposit fails to credit to your account, or a withdrawal is returned to 499be by the payment provider, you must contact 499be support immediately with full transaction details including the transaction reference number, amount, date, and time. 499be will investigate and resolve confirmed errors within two business days.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of the offer:

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on 499be are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and competition as published in the sportsbook rules section of the platform. In the case of any conflict between general Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules prevail. Key general rules include:

• Bets are accepted and settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the system.
• In-play bets are subject to acceptance delays to account for live feed latency. 499be reserves the right to void any in-play bet where the result was already known at the time of placement.

6.2 Casino & Live Casino
